This website is intended solely for securing appointments with The Tattoo House RF Limited. All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to confirm your appointment.

Before Booking

​​

Please submit your design ideas, including size, style, cover-up details, and any photo references via the chat option on this site before making a booking. Once your booking is placed, you will be contacted in due course to arrange a face-to-face consultation—usually a few days prior to your appointment.

Appointment Details

​​

• Arrival Time: Please arrive on time. The timer begins promptly at the time you select when booking.

• Rate: Tattoo sessions are charged at £75 per hour (£1.25 per minute).

• Deposit: A non-refundable £75 deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from your final bill on the day.

• Final Cost: Your session is timed. The remaining balance (minus your deposit) must be paid before leaving the studio.

• Session Length: Booking a session time does not guarantee a completed tattoo. Multiple sessions may be needed depending on size, complexity, or your pain threshold.

• Overtime: If you go over your booked slot and time allows, your session may continue at the same hourly rate.

• Missed Appointments or Late Rescheduling: Rescheduling without at least 72 hours’ notice will result in your deposit being forfeited. Please log in or create your account at the drop down menu on the Main Menu page to manage your own Bookings. 

• Saturday Sessions: These are fixed-price sessions charged at £550. Paid in full at booking and strictly non-refundable.

• Small Tattoos: Minimum charge of £75 for tattoos lasting up to (and including) one hour.

Cover-Up Tattoos

All cover-up tattoos must be pre-approved before booking. Please submit clear photos via the chat. Cover-up appointments will not be accepted unless approved in advance. Rob reserves the right to decline any cover-up work and may advise laser removal as a prerequisite.

Legal and Consent

By making a booking via this site, you agree to the Tattoo Waiver & Consent Agreement. You must make any relevant medical conditions or information known before starting the tattoo process. [Click here to read the waiver.]

Additional Notes​

• The time slots provided are a guide only. Actual session duration may vary.

• Session overruns incur additional charges at the standard rate.

• All appointments are by prior booking only—this is a private studio. No walk-ins.

• UK Law prohibits tattooing under the age of 18. ID will be required.

Artist Representation

​​

By booking an appointment and receiving a tattoo, you acknowledge that you are engaging the services of The Tattoo House RF Limited, not any individual artist personally. While your tattoo will be physically applied by a representative of the company (including, but not limited to, Mr. A.R. Fawcett), all services are carried out by the company.

Any payments, deposits, or agreements are made with The Tattoo House RF Limited, and no services are offered on a personal basis by individual staff members.

No Refund Policy

• All deposits are strictly non-refundable, under all circumstances.

• Deposits are redeemable only toward tattoo services performed by The Tattoo House RF Limited and cannot be exchanged for goods or transferred to others.

• In the unfortunate event of the death of Mr. A.R. Fawcett or any other staff member, no refunds will be issued. This includes any deposits or full payments already made. These are considered final and non-refundable.

• Tattoo House RF Limited reserves the right to refuse service at any time without prior notice.

The Tattoo House RF Limited reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the client to review the most current version of these terms before making a booking. Continued use of this website and booking system constitutes acceptance of any changes made.
