DIGITAL PAYMENT CHARGE

 

At The Tattoo House RF Ltd, we aim to be as transparent and fair as possible with our pricing.

This page is to inform clients of a small change to our payment policy, effective from 1st February 2026.

Digital Payment Charge

​

From 1st February 2026, a 5% charge will be applied to all digital payment methods, including bank transfers and other electronic payments - This charge does NOT affect the deposit when making your appointment online.

​

• Cash payments: No additional charge

• Digital payments: 5% additional charge

​

The cash price for all services will remain the same.

​

Why this change is being introduced

​

Over time, banking and transaction charges have continued to increase, particularly for business accounts and digital payments.

​

Rather than increasing tattoo prices across the board for the new financial year starting April 2026, this change has been introduced as an alternative way to manage rising costs, while keeping standard service prices the same for clients who choose to pay by cash.

​

This approach helps ensure:

• Fair pricing

• Continued service quality

• No blanket price increases for everyone​

​

How this affects your appointment

​

If you’d like to avoid the 5% digital payment charge, we recommend bringing the cash amount that corresponds with the time slot you booked (minus any deposits or vouchers already paid).

​

If your tattoo takes less time than the slot booked, you may not need the full amount.

​

If your appointment runs over the allotted time, you can:

​

• Pay the additional amount by bank transfer (5% charge applies), or

• Use one of the local cash machines if you’d prefer to avoid the charge.

​

Paying any overrun digitally means the 5% charge only applies to the remaining balance, not the full tattoo cost.
